Ordering and Shipping Information
At Charity Blends Coffee & Tea, Inc. our goal is to make your on-line
shopping experience as easy and enjoyable as possible.
All orders are shipped ground delivery by SPExpress unless otherwise
specified. SPExpress is a package consolidation and parcel
delivery company that focuses on providing its customers with some of
the most economical and reliable shipping services available today.
Through package consolidation and our work-share partnership with the
United States Postal Service (USPS), we are able to provide our
customers with substantial cost savings and access to a reliable and
cost-effective delivery network for delivering their packages and
parcels.
Charity Blends reserves the right to choose the ground shipping
service.
Orders should be received within 5-10 business days. If you would

Alternate shipping methods to ground will be charged accordingly.
Packages shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped using a Two-day air
rate schedule.
Shipping Rates for all orders are considered shipped to a residential
address in the Continental U.S.
Currently we cannot ship web site orders outside the United States
and to P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. To Ship to these addresses

Shipping Rates
Cost for shipping is based on the weight and size of
packaging as determined by the ground service standards of the shipper
as well as the zone into which the package is being shipped.
Affiliates
Affiliates will ship at their standard rates and methods. See the
Affiliates policy for clarification.
Wrong Address Policy
All shippers charge an additional fee for redelivering an order
because of a wrong address. If we make the mistake on your order we will
absorb the charge. If you have given us the wrong address there will be
a $10.00 charge debited your account. Please confirm the shipping
address on each order.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We guaranteed 100% satisfaction. Because
coffee and tea are consumable items we cannot accept their return nor
give refunds; however we will immediately cancel or change any
subscription orders if your are not 100% satisfied with the product. If
for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any of the durable
products you purchased directly from Charity Blends Coffee & Tea, Inc.
return them with 15 days from receipt for an exchange or refund of the
items full purchase price, excluding shipping charges.
